Child Visa (Subclass 802 and 101) allows a child living in or outside Australia to live or migrate to Australia permanently. If the child is under 18, the sponsor’s parents are responsible to apply on the child’s behalf.
Child Visa (subclass 802) is applied if the child is living in Australia, while Child Visa (Subclass 101) is applied if the child is living outside of Australia.
