English & Skills Assessments

Family Visa

General Skilled Migration
Various Australian temporary and permanent residence visas are available to skilled applicants. Depending on the visa subclass, the applicant must nominate an occupation featured on the Medium and Long Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or Short Term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL).

There are various visas by which Australian organisations and multinational organisations operating in Australia can sponsor skilled employees to temporarily or permanently live and work in Australia if they cannot find a suitable Australian citizen or permanent resident. The applicant will be required to work for their sponsor in a nominated occupation.
Business & Investor
There are a few Australian visas that allow people to own and manage new or existing businesses in Australia or to invest in businesses in Australia. The process begins with a submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) under a visa subclass. Only if the requirements for that subclass are met will you have the chance of be invited by to apply for your visa.
Working Holiday
It is quite the dream, to be able to travel and work and work to travel around the globe. The Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) and Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) permits singles between 18 and 31 years of age from eligible countries to travel, live and work in Australia on a temporary visa.
Points Test
You must score at least 60 points against points test factors to be eligible to be invited to apply for your visa (subclass 189, 190, 489). The awarding of points for certain criterion are specific to visa subclass.
